Thelma ROCHE (nee Magnus)- Obituary:
Peacefully after a brief illness at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Tuesday February 23, 2010, in her 90th year. Beloved mother of Marilynne Roche of Banff and Paul and his wife Rosemary Roche of Pickering. Devoted “Little” Nan to Andrew Frey, Christopher (Claudia) Frey, Carol (Christopher) and Michael Roche and Great Nan to Gavin and Lily. Will be sadly missed by her brother and dear friend Ken Magnus. Predeceased by sister in law Peggy Magnus. A Celebration of Thelma’s Life will be held at McINTOSH-ANDERSON FUNERAL HOME, 152 King Street East, Oshawa (905-433-5558) on Saturday March 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
